We never share your data with third parties, and we store information securely and only for as long as needed. If you’d like us to update or delete your information at any time, just let us know!

We believe every child deserves the chance to play and learn in nature. We’ll always do our best to make our parties and sessions as inclusive and accessible as possible.

If your child has any additional needs or considerations, please chat to us before booking — we’re happy to adapt activities and ensure the woodland environment works for everyone.

📋 Terms & Conditions

• All parties are for up to 12 children, aged 3–15, led by two qualified Forest School leaders.

• Activities are carefully risk-assessed and run with safety as our top priority. However, by booking, you acknowledge that outdoor activities carry a small element of risk (mud, weather, minor bumps).

• Parents/guardians are responsible for informing us of any allergies, dietary needs, or medical issues in advance.

• You agree that children will dress appropriately for the outdoors (weatherproof clothing, sturdy footwear).

• A parent/guardian must be available during the party in case of emergency.

❗ Cancellation & Deposit Policy

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the party.

• If you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice will not be charged beyond the deposit.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, storms), we may have to postpone your party. In this case, we’ll offer you an alternative date or refund in full.
