How to book
Booking your party is easy, check out the Party Package you wish to book, make your choice, consider your preferred date , parties are always on a Saturday, starting at 12 midday & then give us a call on 07850613301 or email us and we will help you finalise your arrangements. When we've booked the date then it's time to pay the deposit, which will be 50% of the Party Package Price.
Without a deposit your booking will not be considered secure, final numbers & the balance is due four days before the date of the booked event.
Parties start at 12 so please make sure everyone arrives at least 10 minutes before. We don't want to start without anyone for them to miss out.
When your party is booked we will need a signed Party Consent Form for your child and every child attending. These can be filled in online or your can download a paper copy here to handout to your guests.
Message for the Adults
Adults are welcome to stay but you can also drop off, go grab a coffee or do a few jobs!
If siblings are joing in and are not part of the booked party they must be supervised by the adult who booked the party.
Food, snacks and drinks are providied with each party package.
We can provide gluten & dairy free options, vegearian, vegan and halal options at all our parties, please let us know if there are children with allergies. Just pop it on the consent form.
You can bring a cakeif you like, if you haven't booked the Feast in the Forest Party.
