Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Deposit Policy • A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the party. • If you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice. o Cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice will not be charged beyond the deposit. o Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, storms), we may have to postpone your party. In this case, we’ll offer you an alternative date or refund in full.
