Leafy Legends Refund Policy

At Leafy Legends, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy ensures fairness while maintaining the integrity of our event planning.

1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event.

1.1 Refunds for Cancellations by the Customer

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice before the event will not be charged beyond the deposit. The depsosit is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

1.2 Refunds for Cancellations by Leafy Legends

  • If Leafy Legends cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

2. Weather-Related Refunds & Rescheduling

  • If weather conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, storms), we may need to postpone your event. In such cases, we will:

    • Offer an alternative date

    • Relocate to an indoor venue if feasible

    • Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

3. No-Show Policy

  • If a customer fails to attend without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Leafy Legends is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or extenuating circumstances.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing to leafylegends@outlook.com
